BELMONT PRIMARY SCHOOL

A team of students from Years 4 -6 were selected to represent our school in the BASSA Cricket Carnival.

 

I was extremely proud of our Boys' team for the way they represented our school, showed exemplary behaviour and respected the decisions of the Kent Street student umpires - even when they were inadvertently not following the correct format of the game!

 

Well done, boys!

 

Our Girls' team also were one of the most well-behaved schools at the carnival and brought a high level of energy to every game they played. The girls went through the competition undefeated and WON the competition for Division B!!

 

Well done girls!!

 

I would like to thank Mrs Waters for helping on this day and supporting our boys throughout their games!
