WA Student Assistant Payment - Get ready to claim

 

**There are alternate claim methods without having to download the apps.

The ServiceWA app is the fastest and most convenient way to claim the WA Student Assistance Payment. ServiceWA claims will be processed within approximately 7 days.

 

If you are unable to claim through the ServiceWA app you can submit a claim online or by posting in a claim form. Claims made through these methods will take longer to process - up to 30 days - and are less secure than applying through ServiceWA.
